Chad serves as the Managing Director of the Gensler Raleigh-Durham office with more than 20 years of experience in interiors and base building projects. As a Registered Architect, Chad has led a variety of award-winning design projects, including hospitality, corporate headquarters, life sciences and mixed-use developments. Having co-founded a local design firm prior to joining Gensler, Chad utilizes his experience as a business owner to understand the opportunities and challenges that clients face and to advise them on making their design vision a reality. Chad serves as a leader in many professional and community organizations and is a sought-after speaker across a broad range of topics impacting design and the urban environment.
Janet Pogue McLaurin, AIA, FIIDA, LEED® AP BD+C, LEED® AP ID+C
Global Workplace Leader, Principal
During her 37 years at Gensler, Janet has been a leader in Gensler’s global workplace practice and research. Janet is active in projects developing workplace strategy and designing innovative workplace environments for a wide variety of clients including Vanguard, Capital One, GSA, Gallup, and The Coca-Cola Company. Janet is a sought-after spokesperson and her workplace research and expertise have been featured in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Fast Company, BBC, NPR, SxSW, and Future of Work. A registered Architect, Janet was inducted as a Fellow in IIDA, has been a CoreNet Global member since 2003, and received the 2019 Service Provider Leadership Award for the CoreNet Mid-Atlantic chapter.
Wake County Mobility Program Management
Kim has been with GoTriangle (formerly Triangle Transit Authority) for over 11 years, serving in various positions. She has spent much of that time supporting broad community outreach and employer-affiliated programming. Kim received her Bachelors of Arts (BA) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Radio, television and motion picture studies. Kim has served as liaison to many regional partner organizations and has expertise in the areas of telework programming, HR Transit program development and Transit Demand Management strategies. Prior to joining GoTriangle, Kim spent ten years in the broadcasting industry.
