In 2019 the City Undertook a study of the Midtown-St. Albans area and later adopted the report titled, "Walkable Midtown" capturing the aspirations of the stakeholders involved. That plan, chocked full of great community enhancements, contains plans for
two bridges to increase connectivity throughout the area. The multi-modal bridge, sought to provide a pressure value along the new St. Albans projects, will cross I-440 behind at one of three locations. The City planners will explain the bridge location options at a meeting Feb. 16, 4:30 – 7:30 p.m at the Five Points Center for Active Adults, 2000 Noble Road.
