City-Community Study Midtown-St. Albans Area


With Six Forks Study moving thru the process toward adoption, city planners are turning their attention to the east side of Midtown. With redevelopment occurring on several parcels in the Wake Forest Corridor and new development on St. Albans, the city will study the area for it's best uses and best traffic scenarios. The process is due to start in earnest in April with a community visioning workshop. For more information click here.
