Congrats to 13 year MERZ employee and former Interim Chief Financial Officer Alana Sine. Merz Announced on June 18th that Sine is Chief Financial Officer for Merz North America effective immediately. Sine will lead the finance function for North America, overseeing financial reporting, governance, strategic planning, tax & treasury and collaboration with Merz’s global headquarters in Frankfurt, Germany, on financial matters. Merz USA is a member of MRA and serves on the MRA Board of Directors.
