41Hundred at the Renaissance Raleigh North Hills Hotel is excited to announce Kevin Smith as their new Executive Chef. Located at 4100 Main at North Hills St. in Raleigh, 41Hundred is the new concept inside of the Renaissance Raleigh North Hills Hotel. Under the guidance of Chef Kevin, the restaurant and lounge offers simply sophisticated, international cuisine featuring shareable plates like oxtail poutine and Korean BBQ wings, as well as an innovative beverage program offering items like popsicle cocktails. After graduating from Wake Technical Community College's culinary school with high accolades, Chef Kevin served as Sous Chef for Empire Eats' Sitti Restaurant and Sous Chef for North Carolina State University's Alumni Club. Most recently, he served as Executive Sous Chef at 41Hundred and during his time in this position, has earned recognition within the hotel and the community as a two-time Midtown Iron Chef Competition winner. The Renaissance Raleigh North Hills Hotel is excited about Chef Kevin's promotion to Executive Chef. He brings his passion for cultivating creative menus to 41Hundred and is currently working to update the restaurant's menu, which will be launching late summer 2018.
