In November DeWitt Carolinas shook the Raleigh development ground with the details of their 40 acre mixed use development situated on St. Albans and Benson Drive in Midtown Raleigh. The leadership pair of Ven Poole and Todd Saieed have been cobbling together the parcels forming the 40 acre development for 20 years, with the final rezoning approval coming in 2017.
